TWO YEARS’ PROBATION. WELLINGTON, Sep. 17. Judge Johnston, at the Supreme Court, admitted Abel Kerr Edie to two years’ probation ok a charge of stealing £465 19s as an employee of the Internal Marketing '■ Depart merit; The main for probation, the Judge s said’were Edio’s war ser vice, his collection with the R.S.A. and the realisation the Court ■ had, that the R.S.A., had said Edie -was .a most earnest; worker and very highly thought of by the Karori Auxiliary. ;
