AT NOUMEA. AUCKLAND, Sep. 15 On her way to Auckland on the first regular passenger flight of the South Pacific air service, the Pan American Airways’ American clipper reached Noumea at 5.5 o’clock this afternoon, from Canton Island. 3ne clipper is scheduled to leave Noumea to-morrow morning, and to alight at Auckland in the. afternoon. Captain Kenneth Beer is in command. Several of the passengers, of whom there are 15 on the final, stage of the flight, will continue to Australia by the Tasman Empire Airwas service on Tuesday. The‘clipper also has a quantity of mail and. -freight fo'r New -ZcoTp-nd/ and more for Australia.
