A HUNGARIAN TROUBLE
BUDAPEST, September 15
A semi-official statement accuses the Roumanian Army of a ten-dav-reign of terror against Hungarians living in tlie territories ceded to Hungary. “Hungarian political circles'- at first were inclined to believe the atrocities were the work of irresponsibles, but the latest news suggests a secret order was given by high authorities. Hungary’s regret of these events -is heightened by the fact that Rdumania is oppressing 700,000 Hungarians. The Roumanian-Hungarian crisis plainly continues.”
