PALACE AGAIN
BOMB IN QUEEN’S APARTMENTS. BOMBER BLOWN TO PIECES. (United Press Association Per Electric Telegraph Copyright), (Received this day at 10.20 a.ra.) LONDON, September 15. Buckingham Palace was again attacked with bombs during the noon raid. There were no casualties. It is officially stated that the Queen’s apartments were damaged by a bcrnb which failed to explode. Their Majesties were not present when the Palace was attacked. The raider which bombed the Palace was shot to pieces by Spitfires, a few seconds later. Experts safely removed a high explosive bomb from the vicinity of St. Paul’s.
