• CHARGE OF STEALING. PERTH, August 4. Guy Palmerston Christoe, 53, bank officer, was to-day charged in Perth Police Court ’with having, on May 24t1i., 1940, stolen £IOO from the Bank of Australasia. He was remanded on bail. Christoe has been sub-manager of .the Bank of Australasia in Perth for some years. He had been notified of his transfer to the managership of the Launceston (Tasmania) branch, and intended to leave Perth last Saturday by train for Melbourne.
