ENEMY RAIDS
LITTLE DAMAGE

It is officially stated that an enemy ’plane dropped bombs on a south coast town this morning. Some houses Avere damaged and there were few casualties, of which three Avere fatal.
A raider swooped on a Welsh town and dropped four bombs. There was} little damage and no casualties. The machine disappeared after a hot reception from anti-aircraft guns. SUNDAY ATTACKS. LONDON, July 15. During tho past night enemy raiders fIoAV over the south-east of England. They dropped five bombs from a great height, shaking buildings, but without doing any damage.
Fighter ’planes drove them out to sea. Ay • There also were German raiders over Wales during Sunday night. They Avere driven off by anti-aircraft fire. An official statement reports:,A few enemy aeroplanes crossed the coast during Sunday night. Bombs Avere dropped at isolated points in the southeast and south-west, of England. -No serious damage Avas done.

A raider dropped several bombs, including whistling bombs, in a toAvn in south-eastern England, this morning, killing a woman, and seriously injuring a man. A few others were also taken to the hospital. Several people Aver injured in another south-eastern English 'toAvn.
