' TO-NIGHT. ‘‘BLACKWELL’S ISLAND.” , ‘‘Blackwell’s island,” the Warner Bros, picture ending to-night at the Princess Theatre, is based, as the title indicates, upon tlie prison scandal 'which, amazed New York City several years ago.
