The newspaper “Politiken” says that an Italian Military Mission is expected to arrive in Berlin to-day. SUGGESTED ARMISTICE. NEW YORK, September Q. The Associated Press of America’s Romo correspondent states: Private Italian sources state that Signor Mussolini is about to renew his proposals for a conference of the Powers, with a suggestion of an armistice in the meantime.
