LONDON, August 21. ■ On the second day of the third and final test against England, West took their first innings score to 395 for the loss of six wickets, when rain stopped play shortly after tea. The attendance was 21,000. A perfect wicket gave not-the slightest assistance to the bowlers. V. Stollmeyer and Weekes hit most freely, adding 163 for the fifth wicket in 102 minutes. ENGLAND—Ist.
