RUMANIAN MOVE
TO PAY OLD WAR DEBTS.

The Minister of National Economy announced that Rumania will open negotiations witji the United States for a resumption of payment of war debts amounting to £1,500,000 and a resumption of payment of coupons o” State gold bonds held in the United States, to which Rumania attaches the great st importance as helping to maintain the international value"of the lei. ' •
