The “Daily Telegraph” considers the speech does not change the international situation. EXPELLED FROM ENGLAND. LONDON, April 30. Doctor London correspondent of the German newspaper, “National Zeitung,” ha s been expelled from England, where he has lived for the past nine years. The “National Zeitung’s” is Alarshal Goering’s paper. Dr. Roesel is a leading Nazi propagandist.
