CROATS GET HOME RULE

BELGRADE, April 26
M. Tsetjovitch has left for Zagreb, with a definite plan for Croat autonomy, within the framework of the Yugoslav Constitution. It is expected that an agreement will be signed, leading to the early formation of a new Government, wherein the Croats will be represented. It is also expected that a wider decree of self-preservation will be granted to other provinces. LONDON, April 26. The Belgrade correspondent of the “News-Chronicle” says that the Prime Minister, M. Tsvetkovich, left for Zagreb, with an agreement approved by the Regent, and accepted by the Croat leaders.
Tfie agreement, which will be announced on April 28, brings to an end the Serbo-Croat problem. M. Matchek may become Prime Minister.
