KOKATAHI STOCK SALE. I Alessrs At. Houston and Co. report: There was, a good yarding of fat and store cattle at the above sale on Wednesday, our entry comprising 114 head '' which were offered to a good, attendance of buyers, and practically a total clearance was made at satisfactory prices. We sold as follows, For J. W. Kelly: 3 vealers at 42/6, 6 heifers at £4/10/?. For T.- Duggan:. 1 fat cow at £3/17/6, 1 at £3/7/6. For E. Wall: 2 fat cows at £5/12/6. For, D. Clarke: 4 fat heifers at £6/5/-, 4 steers at £B/12/6.- For Mrs O. Meharry: 2 steers at ‘£7/12/6,. 3 at £B/12/6, 1 runner at £6/12/6, 2 heifers at steers at £B/12/6, 1 cow at £5/15/-. There were a number of good well, bred lines of store cattle forward and "these met wlfh a good sale. Fat cattle, sold at prices which were a little better than previous sales. Our sales were for. N. Harris, 3 heifer s at £4/15/-, 1 cow at £3/17/6, lat £2; for Mrs W. Jones, 1 cow and calf at £l/10/-, 1 cow £3/12/6; for T. P. O’Neil, 10 steers at £4/10/-, 2 cows;at £4/5/-, 6 cows at £4/10/-!
