IN BOLIVIA
A DICTATORSHIP BY BUSCH. (Independent Cable Service). (Received this day at 9.20 a.m.). LA PAZ (Bolivia), April 25. The President, Colonel. German Busch, aged 35, has assumed dictatorial powers in Bolivia in dissolving Congress and terminating constitutional rights. ’ This dynamic-.leader is now the world’s youngest dictator and in western hemisphere this is the first State to be declared a totalitarian one. /avowed object is the meeting of an economic crisis, and threats of revolt. The dictatorship is not connected with any European ideology.
