LANDSLIDE AT St. LUCIA. (Per British Official Wireless;. * RUGBY, December 1. The biggest test of the air raid warning signals in Britain will be made on December 8, when 100 sirens installed at selected police stations in Greater London will be sounded simultaneously. The object of the test is to determine whether or not the sirens give adequate warning cover within the area. LONDON-LISBON AIR SERVICE. RUGBY,'December 1. The air service between London and Lisbon will be opened in January.
