EVERYBODY’S PICTURES. TO-NIGHT AND SATURDAY. “AUSSIE” THE BOXING KANGAROO. At the Princess Theatre there will be the special stage appearance of Air Lindsay Fabre and “Aussie” his boxing kangaroo. This stage act in which Air Fabre engages “Aussie” is the noble art of self defence with no punches either pulled or barred. As a boxer “Aussie” has no equal and during the performance there are moments when he raises the audience to fever pitch with excitement and at other moments he has them in roars of laughter. This is truly a novel presentation and is presented it a manner which is a tribute not only to the intelligence of the kangaroo but also to the skill and patience of his trainer. It is really necessary to see “Aussie” in action in order to appreciate just how funny and exciting he really can he. The star picture will he Steel Rudd's popular story “On Oiir Selection.’’ Australii’.’s evergreen laughter favourite re-issued in response to enthusiastic Commonwealth-wide demand. Bert Bailey and Fred MacDonald, the original “Dad” and “Dave” back in Australia’s own laughter favourite that has delighted stage and screen audiences for over a quarter of a century.
