BOXING
CALTAUX DEFEATS FOSTER. (Per Press Association—Copyright.) DUNEDIN, September 19. In the principal of two professional boxihg contests held here to-night, Vic Caltaux (Auckland) 10.9 beat Johnny Foster (Canada) ,10.7, on points after 12 rounds, in which he did most of the fighting. The other bout, of 10 rounds, between Doug Eddington (Timaru) 10.4 and (Norman Jenkin (Oamaru) 10.0 was won on points by Eddington, who was'somewhat/lucky to get the decision.
