WELLINGTON, September 20. General situation: Pressure is still high" across the north Tasman Sea and northern New Zealand. A shallow westerly depression is passing in the south, but pressure is now' rising there, also: The forecast is for moderate to strong winds, between north-west and south-west. Weather changeable, with occasional showers, but improving somewhat. Temperatures, moderate. Seas moderate to. rather rough.
