IjONDON. March 9. The British Government has invited the United Slates, France, Germany, and Italy to send representatives to London, to discuss the possibility ol following uj) the Van Zeeland report. This is in accordance with the suggostl'oi in the report for preliminary soundings of the Bowers to find out whether they are willing to participate in economic collaboration, and whether they tire prepared to accept the main lines of the report as the basis for discussion.
