INCREASED INCOME TAX RECEIPTS. (Per British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, February 9. The national revenue returns are regarded by the newspapers as indicating that the Chancellor of the Exchequer’s estimates For the full year are likely to be reached without difficulty.
