WELLINGTON, February 11.. General inference. —Pressure is still rather high to the east of New Zealand, while a depression is centred off the coast of Westland. A fresh and deep westerly depression has developed over south-western Australia. The forecast is for moderate to strong and variable winds, but later northerlies again prevailing and freshening. Weather dull and misty with rain in most places, seas sliaht to moderate but later rising. O
