HON. ARMSTRONG
A AVELCOME HOAIE. (Per Press Association —Copyright). AUCKLAND, September 20. In a friendly atmosphere at the Town Hall this' afternoon a welcome home was extended to Hon. 11. T. Armstrong (Alinister for Labour) by: the Mayor, Sir Ernest Davis, and other citizens. There was a large and representative attendance. The Alavor said that Hon. Air Armstrong’s tour and the information which lie had gathered concerning the industrial conditions abroad would be an asset to New Zealand. A welcome was extended to the Minister by tiie Harbour Board chairman, Hon. T. Bioodworth, who welcomed the Alinister home. At both gatherings Hon. Air Armstrong spoke informatively of his overseas impressions.
