PRISON FIGHT
ATTEMPT TO ESCAPE FOILED (United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). FOLSOM (California), Sept. 20. One guard and two convicts were killed, and Warden Clarence Larkin was critically injured, while at least seven others were hurt, as the lesult of an unsuccessful attempt by several convicts to escape from the penitentiary here. 'VDurino- savage fighting with knives and clubs in the prison yard. Warden Larkin was stabbed in the abdomen, and he is expected to die. (A squad of reserve guards overpowered the convicts.
