APPEAL FOR HUMAN MILK. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). (Received this clay at 12 noon). LONDON. September 19. A most touching SOS broadcast lastnight appealed lor 11111111111 milk lor new-born twins, Wells of Nortolk, whose mother was unable to feed them. A Chelmsford woman answered the appeal j her husband racing her ninety miles in a ear, but too late. One baby died an hour after her arrival, and the second early this morning.
