Five men threw incendiary bombs into a packing case factory resulting in a fire winch was quickly extinguished. CRASH ON HILLSIDE. LIMA- (Peru), Sept. 16. A passenger ’plane, from Africa, in Chile, is reported to have crashed into a hillside near Lurin. It is reported that the pilot and eight passengers were killed. DANE TO ATTEMPT RECORD. LONDON, Sept. 16. Captain Michael Hausen, who was the Danish participant in the Centenary Air Race to Australia, intends to make an attempt on the LTokio-Len-don record, which was established by the Japanese on April 9 last. He will fly a Percival Yoga Gull plane, with two companions.

Mason, and of Lady Evelyn Mason, a niece of the Earl of Crawford. SOVIET MINISTER. (Received this day at 2 p.m.) LENINGRAD, September 16. The central executive has dismissed the Minister for Justice, M. Krylenko and substituted the people’s commissar, M. Antonovov Seyenko.
