STACKS A RECOVERY (United Press Association —My Electro Telegraph—Copyright) NEW YORK, September 14. There is a recovery on Wall Street. Reversing the recent reactionary trend, with a suddenness that stimulated heavy “short-covering,” the Stock Market to-d'iy turned upwards.
The gains leached seven points, and 1510 thousand shares were traded today.
Brokers with foreign affiliations said that there has been a sustained flow of European buying. To-day’s markets suggested more normal conditions.
