BREACH OF TRUST
Me ARTHUR TO CONTRIBUTE £19,340. (Per Press Association —Copyright). WELLINGTON. September 14. The Chief Justice '(the Rt. Hon. Sir Michael Myers) has made a declaration that J. W. S. McArthur was guilty of misfeasance or breach of trust while a director of the Investment executive Trust of New Zealand, Ltd., and has ordered that ho contribute £19,340 to the assets of the company. Costs were fixed at £IOO and disbursements.
An application for a stay of execution has been stood over, the Public Trustee undertaking not to proceed to execution for 21 days without first obtaining leave of the Court.
