NAVAL AGREEMENT

The Associated Press’ political corresp'Undent understands the British Government is likely to make an announcement iri a few days, regarding a bilateral naval agreement with Germany and Russia. It is indicated the powers are on the, point of signing. In effect, the agreement will be subject, to Powers provisions- of the London Naval Treaty of 1936, to which tlie British Commonwealth, United States, and France, are signatories, requiring new warships to conform with treaty limits, and necessitate an exchange of information regarding building programmes.
