CLAIM FOR £25,C00 (Per Press Association—Copyright). GREYMOUTH, July 8. After part hearing the evidence of the plaintiff, the Warden, Mr Raymond Ferner, S.M., in the-. Warden’s Court at Greymoiich, yesterday, adjourned a. suit for £25,000 damages for alleged fraud and conspiracy to defraud, made by John Wilson, miner, of Ahaura, wlm proceeded against Sarah Ellen Campbell, of Wellington:, AvidoAV • Bridget Monica Bayne, Christchurch, widow; .
