THE RADLEY CASE. (Per Press Association—Copyright). AUCKLAND, June 11. A suggestion that she had made entries in a. “black hook” with the idea that later they might he used ns evidence, was denied by Mrs Dorothy Whaley Radley in the divorce case in which the Solicitor General intervened. When cross-examined by Mr Finlay this morning she admitted that at one period while living in Christchurch, she kept her hrotlier-in-lnw’s house under surveillance. This was because she had been told her husband was visiting the house, and she knew a certain young woman was there. One night-, when she was in her brother-in-law’s garden/she heard Radley taking farewell of the young woman. He said: “Biddy, Biddy, see you tomorrow. ”•
