RE-APPOINTMENT TO COUNCIL. (Per Press Association—Copyright). WELLINGTON, June 11. The actmg-Prime Minister, the Hon. P. Fraser at Hamilton this morning, announced that the Hon. Mark Fagan, leader of the Legislative Council and Minister of’Customs, whose term as rf member of the-Legislative Council ex--pired last night, has been re-appointed.: The appointment of the other Legislative Councillors, states Mr Fraser, is a matter which will be held over until the return of the Prime Minister from-the Imperial Conference.
