Vice-Admiral Cecil Ponsonby Talbot has been appointed Director ol Dockyards m Britain. Mr E. H. Atackley, General Manager of Railways arrived from Wellington this morning by air, to visit the scene of yesterday’s accident. Visitors to Keller’s Hotel include:— Mrs Pridie, Mr and Alls'll. H.
