In spite l , of Emir Abdullah’s intervention the Arab Higher Committee reaffirmed its decision to boycott the Royal CommisTson.
The High Commissioner (Sir Arthur Wauehope) informed the com--niittee that there was no likelihood of the British Government- reversing its Jewish immigration policy. An earlier message: The Arab iHighe* Committee has decided to boycott tbe Royal Commission owing to the Britsh refusal to suspend Jewish iminigratV>n. It has also issued a manifesto urging the Arabs not to co-operate with the commission. '
