Rumania smashed up the Italian. Consulate Club as a reply to Mussolini’s speech in favour of Hungarian revisionism. at which Rumania is riiost indignant. ; ’M. Maniu warns Mussolini that, war will follow any ' attack on Rumania, who will defend her frontier to the last drop of blood. He adds Hungary is far froiii being mutilated, and remains inside her ethnographical frontiers. A former premier, M. lorga, oemands national solidarity to resist all attempts to tamper with -Rumania’s sacred rights. The Anti-Revisionist League .passed a resolution on similar terms, and cal-■ led meetings throughout the country, for December-. 1 in - support of this attitude. . - - , 1 f. ;.
