Ponsonby’s euthanasia |jill manes the painless, termination of life the subject of permission of the patient, who . must be 21 years of age, and suffering from an incurable illness involving severe pain. The patient must make written application, accompanied by two medical certificates.
Only licensed doctors will be permitted to administer euthanasia, m the presence! of an official witness. The bill does not apply to Scotland or North Ireland. /
