ANGLICAN PRINCIPAL ACCEPTS SYDNEY, June 10. Father Davies, Principal of the House of Ascenson, a Church of England religious community with headquarters at Goulburn, has been accepted into the Roman Catholic Church. He has sailed for Rome to continue his studies before being ordained. During tbe Great War he was tor some time a prisoner of war in Germany.
The House of Ascension which has not a large membership, has been in existence in Australia for about 15 years. Its members engage in religious activities throughout Australia, returning to the Goulburn headquarters at intervals.
