■ •' • £ i£ ’ i Mr J'J who presided at the annual meeting of Stafford (West Coast) Gold Dredging N.L., in Melbourne,, oil - April 30, said that difficulties had .been encountered with the gold-saving devices on the dredge operating at Stafford, and much fine gold*'had been lost. The experimenteal set of jigs had proved satisfactory, and it had been decided to install a full set and other equipment at a cost of about £I6OO, which should result in higher gold yields. The dredge was now out of the difficult ground. At present the company had approximately £IBOO c a K h in hand. V
