Amery presided at the Empire Parliamentarians 5 joint private debate on Trade, Agriculture and Migration, wherein the New Zealander, Mr W. A. Bodkin. M.P., participated. Mr Thomas explained some of the difficulties arising out of the meat and other agreements.
.Major Elliot, winding up the debate, ,assured the. conference the Government would closely consider the Dominion’s arguments.
