FRIGHT DAMAGES
SEQUEL TO CAR COLLISION. (Per Pres. Association.—Copyright.) WELLINGTON, July 10. Judgment for the plaintiff for .€ll l 11s with costs was given this afternoon on the claim of Alary Alexander, a married woman, against John O’Donovan. solicitor, for €3OO. The claim arose, from an accident on the night of December 11, when the defendant’s car collided with • a garage next door to the plaintiff’s house in Palliser Road, aad came to rest in front of her house, causing her, so she said, considerable alarm and aggravating her heart disease. The Magistrate computed genera] damages at £SO, and special damages at €67 11s. •
