Albert Samuel Froggatt was proceeded against in the Magistrate’s Court to-day, before Mr \Y. H. Freeman, S.M-, by Frank Holloway, ol Invercargill, dealer, on a claim lor £SO damages for alleged libel. Plaintiff alleged that a reference made in the address to a “rag and bottle collector” meant him, and that it was defamatory.
