PLEA FOR STERILISATION,

In reply to representations by the Women’s Division of the Farmers’ Union, urging sterilisation of sexual offenders, the Minister of Justice, Hon. Mr. Ccbbe, states that the expert opinion is now definite that the operation of “sterilisation 'leaves the subjects to it with their anti-social proclivities wholly unchanged. In view of this fact, the adoption of the Women’s Division suggestion at best, have an extremely limited val _iq in solving this problem. y:
