Air John O’Donnell died at Cronadun \ yesterday, .aged 72 years. He was .a single -man,. and -a native ofDonegal, Ireland. He 'was on 'a holiday visit from the North Island, his death occurring after a short illness..
The death took place at West-land Hospital this mornjng at 4 o’clock of Mr Btsnn'o T-heim the well-known photographer, after a long and painful illness. The deceased was a native of South Australia and was 55 years of age. He came to Hokitika some 28 years ago and carried on business in (
Re veil Street, in the late Air. Tait’s shop, later removing to his present premises in Hamilton* Street. A quiet unassuming main-, lie piade many friends who will hear of yhis death with regret. He was E 'unmarried' and leaves father and brother, residents in South Australia. -
