HITLER’S GAOL
FLOWER-DECORATED CELL
BERLIN, December 1
Herr Hitler lately visited the gaol at Landsbevg-am-Lech where 10 years ago he was imprisoned for 13 months following the failure of his famous “Beer Hall Revolt.” He. chatted with the governor and the warders who were sqrving when he was a prisoner. Then Hitler visited his own cell, which is now unoccupied and open to the public. It is decorated with flowers and bears a placard stating that “Here Adolf Hitler was detained.” Next to Herr Hitler’s cell are .those of Herr Rudolf Hess, now deputyleader, and two other of Herr Hitler’s companions in prison, Herr Maurice Schaub and Herr Kriebel, who accompanied him on this occasion. A large crowd asseniblod outside the prison to cheer Herr Hitler as lie left.
