The Lakes Open Golf Championship was won by the American, Craig Wood, Wiho in the last round yesterday, established a course record of sixty seven, being five under par. Other noteworthy rounds were those of the Americans, Shute and Laffoon, who did sixty-eight. The Sydney men, Bulger, who was bo-leader with H. Cooper (U.S.A.), oh Friday, disappointed yesterday. Ferrier gained the honour of being the leading amateur.
