At least three million men are carrying weapons -in Germany, ■ according to the estimate of. a we?i informed Storm Trooper. Outwardly, Germany is peaceful. Workers aro crowding to the lakes, bathing pools and other resorts as if tho situation were normal, but trie executions and other factors have produced a wave of ill feeling which may lead to further trouble land bloodshed. A Stonn Trooper says for months, Storm Troopers have been sickened by the luxury and graft among, their superiors. The grafts included welfare •collections, to which the leaders forced Storm to. contribute, according to their earnings,. while the public were also forced to contribute. The leaders used part of the money to buy arms.

Hitler’s storm Storm Guards discovered five hundred unauthorised .rifles and twenty machine gums, hidden in a house in Berlin.

The leaders held a daylong meeting on June 30 and presumably discussed plans. They ordered every Storm Trooper going; on holiday to leave his address, enabling bis recall to participate in the revolution which was prevented by Hitler’s swoop on Munich and the arrest of the -ringleaders, while Ernst instead of summoning the Berlin Storm Troopers got cold feet and decamped with the money. . .
