PRIZE AT FANCY DRESS BALL LONDON, April .30. Dressed as a woman and wearing a bustle, Prince George" created a furore and won the first prize for the most original costume at a fancy-dress ball on hoard the Windsor Castle. The Prince and Major Puttier apJ pearod as an Early Victorian lawn tennis couple, the Prince 'being the “lady,” with a short pink coat, red blouse, grey skirt, ( white petticoat, bustle and boater hat, with two large hatpins.
