WELLINGTON, May 2, A charge is proceeding at the iMagi,'itr;j(to’s Court against Cy'lU John .Steer, of negligently driving, a motor lorry, and thereby causing the Meath of ,Geo. Kermode' Kcrmode died at the hospital on January 31, following injuries when his car went ove r a, 'bank at Glenslide on January 13. A charge of failing to stop a nd render assistance and report the matter to the police ;wtas tadjourne-d till the major charge has been decided upon.
