FIRES RAGING
VICTORIAN BUSH OUTBREAK. (Australian Press Association). MELBOURNE, February 9. Terrific bush fires are raging in various parts of the Stale of Victoria, particularly the beech forest" in Mis west, 'where la dozen outbreaks are endangering mills and houses. Every available man is out fighting the flames. A heat wave is again being experienced‘in Victoria, and South Australia. The temperature to-day at Melbourne was 107. degrees, and at Adelaide 109 degrees. /
