The chairman to move:—-“That the Treasurer prepare , for the April meeting of the Council a report on the finances of the year for the period ending March 31, and,' • submit a 'statement of the proposed allocation of estimated revenue and . expenditure for the year, 1231-1935.” 3. The chairman to move“ Thai in respect to the compilation of the estimates for the coming financial ydar, the annual general rate for 1934-35 be fixed at not exceeding four farthings in the £, capital value.” 4.
