Board loan of £25,000 took place yesterday, the proposal being carried by 531 votes to 162 i there being twelve informal votes. Harbour Board Election—The polling for the election of three members took place yesterday, but only a small number of voters exercised their . voting privilege. The result was G. A. Perry 231. J. J. Mclntosh 226, E. Teichelmann 219, G. TT. Lawson 49, the first three being elected.
